I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with certifications in Trauma, Anger Resolution and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I received a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I have experience with individuals, couples and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience with acute, chronic, in-patient, and out-patient care through psychiatric assessment teams and residential treatment centers. I emphasize well-being through the selection of healthy lifestyle choices, while encouraging wholeness through a genuine spiritual balance of body, mind and emotion. I specialize in anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, grief and conflict management.
